I drove by a new Cherokee earlier today. From the side, and in "Cashmere Pearlcoat", it looked like virtually any other SUV or crossover from the last 15 years .
Yawn.

That is so... I mean, the black cladding and Pathetic wheels consume ALL of the design and just flushes it out the toilet.

The color doesn't change much for the Cherokee, In any color I find it looks old, and dated. Pictures of it are not that bad, but in real life every time I see one, I feel dead inside.

Old and dated? Odd and ugly, perhaps. Unless you're used to the face of a Juke or Aztek, though, I don't feel that this front end styling is old and dated.
